However, some people might find themselves underutilizing this versatile appliance, except for specific purposes. If you’re among those who have an Instant Pot but find out that you don’t have a lot of time to do those large elaborate meals, welcome to the club. Lol
My friend Marge primarily uses it for making simmering low-carb soups to aid weight loss. Like me she first bought the instant pot with huge intentions of making whole huge roast chickens and beef and pork roasts, but it ended up just sitting on the counter because she couldn’t remember how to use it properly and didn’t feel like taking out recipes and going over them when she came home from work in the evening.
Also though, another problem she had was that the soups you can buy in the supermarket are just not low carb enough. They’re filled with noodles or potatoes and so as a pre-diabetic these easy meals are just not available to Marge. Then Marge thought about all the things she had in her cupboard that were low carb. Heck, why not make my own soup filled with all the spices that make me feel good? So, Marge went to have at it. yay Marge!
