“From 150/100 to 134/76: How Three Simple Changes Transformed My High Blood Pressure — A Personal Journey!”

After many years of high blood pressure, even with various bp medications. I went to the doctor yesterday and expected the same result 150/100 as usual I was surprised that my blood pressure had gone down to 134/76, and I can only think of three things that may have Cause this result:

1. Hibiscus tea- A few years ago, my doctor told me to drink hibiscus tea. Only problem with consuming tea is that I like milk and sugar in my tea. These ingredients are not good for your health. So I started putting a teabag in my bottled water instead.

2. Nusalt- Someone in the comment section on YouTube commented that he had been using new salt in his food for the past month and his blood pressure was no normal. I figured what can it hurt. Since it cost less than $10, I bought it from My favorite upscale, grocery store and started combining it with regular salt. I only use a very little because it does have a different kind of taste.

3. Isometrics — — I asked ChatGPT what kind of exercises I could do in bed it is very cold now, and I do not want to go running or even go down to the living room. Chadita As I called her and came up with several moves, I could do while staying under the covers. Most of them have to do with squeezing…
